Haut-Brion Blanc 2019, 1.5L
Sauvignon Blanc / Sémillon from Pessac Leognan, Bordeaux
"Very aromatic, with a real airy quality of jasmine, lilacs, crushed stone, pear skin and apple, as well as some citrus. Full-bodied and dense with a creamy, phenolic texture that lasts for minutes at the end. Structured like a red wine. Reserved, compact and intense, and holding back for the future." 100 James Suckling

Domaine Garnier Chablis Vaudesir 2019, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Chablis, Burgundy
"The 2019 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru has a very pretty bouquet of yellow flowers, honeysuckle and light white truffle scents, plus a touch of flint in the background. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. This is certainly one of the more elegant Grand Crus in 2019, displaying admirable poise and a touch of spice toward the lingering finish. Excellent. (Drink between 2023-2038)" 93 Points, Neal Martin, Vinous

Domaine de Villaine Rully Blanc 1er Cru "Les Margotes" 2019, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Rully, Burgundy
"Moderately prominent wood can be found on the ripe and very spicy aromas of white fruit confit, orange peel, anise and exotic tea. There is again excellent volume and power to the larger-scaled flavors that brim with sappy dry extract before terminating in a caressing, stylish and complex finale. This intense mineral-driven effort is lovely and a wine that should amply reward mid-term cellaring." 92 Points, Allen Meadows, Burghound

Louis Michel Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 2019, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Chablis, Burgundy
"The 2019 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre opens in the glass with notes of pear, green apple, wet stones, iodine and fresh pastry. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's taut and concentrated, with bright acids and a long, saline finish. It's derived from holdings in Chapelot." 92+ Points, William Kelley, Wine Advocate

Domaine de l'Horizon Cotes Catalanes Blanc 2019, 0.75L
Macabeo / Grenache Gris / Grenache Blanc from Côtes Catalanes, Languedoc Roussillon
"The golden-yellow colored 2019 Domaine de l'Horizon Blanc opens intense and chalky on the concentrated and refreshing nose that reveals lemon zest notes intertwined with notes of crushed stones. Round, lush and intense on the palate, this is a rich, full-bodied and sustainable blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc with Macabeo. Aged for one year in smaller barrels, this mouth-filling and hedonistic wine reveals spectacular finesse and elegance with fine tannins and a persistent mineral structure. A superb white from Calce. Natural cork. 13% stated alcohol. Tasted in Oldenburg, Germany, in February 2022." 95+ Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate

Lieu-Dit Chenin Blanc 2019, 0.75L
Chenin Blanc from Santa Ynez Valley, California
"The 2019 Chenin Blanc is another notable white in this range. Textured and creamy, the Chenin possesses notable resonance that builds in the glass. Dried pear, chamomile, sage and almond notes all flesh out in an inviting, super-expressive white loaded with personality and class. The Chenin is the richest of these whites, in terms of palate feel. A touch of malolactic fermentation adds to that texture." 92 Points, Antonio Galloni, Vinous

"A gorgeous wine, the 2019 Chardonnay Bentrock Vineyard dazzles with its purity and translucence. Samuel Louis Smith Chardonnay Spear Vineyard 2019, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Sta. Rita Hills, California
"Pale gold and light-medium bodied. Aromas of pineapple, lemon zest, jasmine, and vanilla bean are supported by flavors of lemon meringue and toasted brioche. While aromatically floral and fruit-focused, it is linear and acid-driven on the palate, balancing California fruit purity and Old world tension." 94 Points Matt Kettmann, Wine Enthusiast

Evening Land Chardonnay Seven Springs Estate La Source 2019, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon
"The grapes for La Source come from just down the slope in the Seven Springs vineyard from the top-of-the-line Summum bottling, but are tended with the same biodynamic methods, and the fermentation is the same. They are now using 500 litre Austrian puncheons from Stockinger with a very light toast, and the slightly reductive style still shows the influence of mentor Dominique Lafon. La Source is similar to Summum but creamy and a bit softer, yet it has a charm of its own." 94 Charles Curtis MW, Decanter Magazine
"A wine of depth and presence, this Chardonnay offers an array of intriguing flavors, from apple and stony mineral to lemon verbena and blanched almond. Takes on richness toward the steely finish." 94 Tim Fish, Wine Spectator

Evening Land Chardonnay Seven Springs Vineyard Summum 2019, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Eola-Amity Hills, Oregon
"This one of the top sites for Chardonnay in Oregon. The grapes are pressed as whole clusters and run directly into used casks for fermentation on native yeasts. The wine does full malolactic conversion, but it neither stirred nor racked during aging. The result has a lovely ripe apple and quince fruit with a suggestion of chamomile. The texture is creamy and rich, but there is no fat, and the overall impression is very Burgundian. Superb length and great aging potential make this is an imposing wine. Drinking Window 2021 - 2031." 95 Charles Curtis MW, Decanter Magazine
"Shows dimension and presence, with elegantly multilayered flavors of Meyer lemon, apple skin, yeasty lees and crushed stone that gather richness and steely opulence on the lingering finish. Drink now through 2023. 327 cases made." 95 Wine Spectator, Aug 2022

Avennia Sauvignon Blanc Oliane 2019, 0.75L
Sauvignon Blanc from Yakima Valley, Washington
"Very pale, bright silver-yellow. Pungent yet subtle scents of grapefruit pith, gooseberry and minerals; smells bone-dry. Surprisingly silky and dense yet weightless on entry, then citrussy, dry and penetrating in the middle palate, with an almost metallic impression of minerality adding punch to the grapefruit, lemon and shiso leaf flavors; the wine's complexity reminded me of a top Loire Valley version. More austere than the 2018 a year ago but perhaps with even greater potential. The note of gooseberry repeats on the lingering, minerally back end, which avoids any phenolic dryness. Note that Chris Peterson made numerous vintages of the outstanding Chaleur Blanc Sauvignon Blanc/Sémillon blend during his tenure at DeLille Cellars. (from Boushey and Red Willow vineyards; barrel-fermented with wild yeasts, then aged in 80% neutral oak and 20% concrete egg) (Drink between 2020-2025)" 92 Stephen Tanzer, Vinous.com
