With its finesse and elegance, the blend promotes balance between the minerality coming from the depth of the subsoil composed of cracked limestone rock and the fruit is pronounced on the citrus notes. Simple, fresh and light, we find its constancy in the vintages. It tastes well at 10/12 degrees as an aperitif or accompanies seafood, fish, oysters and spicy dishes. |
