"The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Coquelicot Vineyard offers soft honeydew, kiwi and floral perfume with notes of flint and beeswax. The light to medium-bodied palate has concentrated, lively fruits with a mineral tone, a gently rounded texture and long, delicate finish. Lovely! 336 cases produced. This was made like a Chardonnay, with foot treading and left on the skins overnight, then pressed to neutral barrel for fermentation and aging on the lees for eight months." |
