"ood medium red. Distinctly wild aromas of red fruits, chorizo, pepper, minerals, leather, grilled vegetables and smoke; this could easily pass for a Northern Rhone wine. Suave and silky on entry, then sauvage in the middle palate, with notes of game, pepper and spices. Fresh, dry and persistent on the slightly leathery aftertaste.
