"The 2019 Ungeheuer GG is deep, intense and flinty-mineral on the refined and elegant nose. Full-bodied and creamy on the still yeasty palate, this is a powerful, elegant and refined, complex and sustainable Riesling with iodine flavors on the salty and lemon-fresh finish. This is a great Ungeheuer, and it will age for more than 10 years. Tasted as a sample in May 2020." |
