"Clear, intense ruby. Very appealing, concentrated nose, but also showing fresh fruit of dark cherry, fresh plum, and a hint of cardamom, nicely displayed. Fills the palate very well, with grippy, fine tannin; unfolds over many layers, with ripe cherry and slightly salty notes, showing tension."
