The 8.5% alcohol wine starts elegant, sweet and fruit-intense on the palate and develops a mineral tension, straightforwardness and purity that is really remarkable. The finish is pure and salty and reveals an animating grip. This is an excellent SpÀtlese with an aging potential of 20 years, maybe more."
