"Initially, this latest bottle opened with noticeable reduction but a few minutes of air caused it to dissipate to reveal a complex, earthy and wonderfully complex nose of real elegance. There is equally good depth to the beautifully rich, round and utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors that possess a velvety mouth feel and excellent length on the discreetly mineral-infused finish. Lovely stuff that is drinking perfectly now though it should continue to do so for meany years to come. Tasted multiple times with mostly consistent results."
