"Healthy bright, dark red. Sappy aromas of maraschino cherry, raspberry and licorice. Juicy, fresh and penetrating, with red cherry flavor supported by firm structure. Not especially fleshy but brisk and persistent, finishing with very good grip. This is exactly what I look for in New Zealand pinot."
