"The NV Extra Brut Garennes 13-21 is a blend of Pinots Noir and Meunier and Chardonnay from 2013 through to 2021 from Chambrecy, Damery, Cumières and Hauvillers. The scented nose gives hints of plum and tart but ripe, red apple with rounded, smooth, creamy oakiness. Frothy mousse expands on a salty, profound body that exudes chalk, tart apple flesh and even more salty sourdough crumb. Beautifully taut, wonderfully stony and with a real, beautiful and bracing line of freshness. Bright, savory and with proper length. Dosage is 1gr/L." |
