"The Arnot Roberts Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the Randle Hill vineyard located in the Yorkville Highlands AVA. Planted in 1982. The grapes were direct pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank using all native yeasts. Aged for 10 months in a combination of neutral, French oak (75%) and stainless steel (25%). he resulting wine exhibits mineral and saline flavors balanced with a hint of herbaceous and floral aromatics. 10 barrels produced. Harvest date: 8/25." |
