"Lots of red, blue, and black fruits as well as black pepper, iron, and smoky nuances emerge from the 2020 High Road James Berry Vineyard, a blend of 50% Syrah, 36% Grenache, and 14% Mourvèdre that’s all from the James Berry Vineyard in the cooler Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has smoky nuances that stay in the background. Drink bottles over the coming 5-7 years or so." |
