"From limestone and sandy soils and vinified in large oak, the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Ried Klausen is amazingly pure and fresh but also intense and spicy on the intense and complex nose. Rich but refined and elegant on the balanced palate, this full-bodied, persistently complex and salty wine is a stellar of the 2019 Neumeister portfolio. There is a perfect balance of ripe and concentrated but juicy fruit, mineral freshness, finesse and tension. Superb again. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in November 2021." |

"Light yellow-green, with silver highlights. Attractive herbal spice, subtle cassis, gooseberry, a hint of guava, and spicy nuances underscored by minerality. Juicy, taut, close-knit, very well integrated acid structure, with very good length, a salty finish, and sure potential for aging." 94 Falstaff Magazin
