"The Connivence adventure continues in 2018, this time with a white wine and in collaboration with Aurélien Febvre, winegrower in Thorey-sous-Charny on the IGP Côteaux de l'Auxois appellation. This 100% Chardonnay cuvée is made up of 50% grapes from our own vines and 50% from the Aurélien Febvre estate."
"Although located in the same department, the grapes of the Côteaux de l'Auxois are harvested about three weeks later than those of the Côte de Beaune, which shows that the environment in which the grapes develop plays a fundamental role in the elaboration of the wine, even with the same grape variety." |
