"There is a distinct difference between the three Kabinetts, and the Abtsberg evokes the image of an abbot with wide girth, ie the fuller body. The same can be said for the flavour, where the taste of orange reflects slightly riper fruit, but is never lacking in zest, and with a subtle nuance of bitter lemon, if that mundane association may be allowed.
