"Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (from Beckstoffer’s To Kalon vineyard, produced from clone 4 grown on the C1 block), this barrel sample of the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon CCS Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard casts an opaque purple-black color and fragrant notes of violets, underbrush and Indian spices over a core of blackcurrant pastilles, baked plums and Morello cherries, plus a hint of spearmint.
