"Bright and energetic on the nose, displaying ripe tangerine and strawberry flavors and suggestions of candied rose and succulent herbs. Fleshy and dry on the palate, offering sappy red fruit and melon flavors and a refreshingly bitter suggestion of orange peel on the back half. Finishes long, smooth, and broad. This is a rosé that is made for lighter summer fare (salads, charcuterie, etc.), but that can stand up to lighter meat preparations." |
