Franz Hirtzberger Grüner Veltliner Spitzer Rotes Tor Federspiel 2018, 0.75L
Grüner Veltliner from Wachau, Niederösterreich
"Assembling the fruit from several vineyards that were picked in the first half of October, the 2018 Spitz Grüner Veltliner Federspiel Rotes Tor offers a clear, ripe and elegant nose of tropical fruits intermixed with elegant and flinty terroir notes. Ripe and piquant on the crystalline and salty palate, this is an elegant and already pretty complex Veltliner with an aromatic and refreshing, elegant finish with good grip. . ." 90 Points Stephan Reinhardt, The Wine Advocate

Pichler-Krutzler Riesling In der Wand 2019, 0.75L
Riesling from Wachau, Niederösterreich
"A hint of creaminess creeps deliciously into the orange zest notes on the nose. The palate comes on light feet but is vibrant with zesty notes of ripe orange and Amalfi lemon. The body is slender but concentrated, almost fizzing with ripe and utterly fresh zestiness. The finish is clean, taut and dry with lasting, mouthwatering citrus. . ." 94 Points Anne Krebiehl MW, Wine Enthusiast

F.X. Pichler Riesling Ried Burgstall Federspiel 2018, 0.75L
Riesling from Wachau, Wachau
"The 2018 Ried Burgstall Riesling Federspiel is super clear and fresh on the aromatic nose with its perfectly ripe white peach and apricot aromas. Salty, pure and fresh on the crunchy, nicely reductive palate, this is a precise dry Riesling with grip and tension. Tasted after the 2017 and 2018 Unendlich Veltliners, this is a great refreshment but not easy to evaluate exactly. However, it can still stand, and that's not the worst sign. It is ripe and fresh but not green or vegetal, just grippy and refreshingly racy. Tasted at the domain in September 2019." Stephen Reinhardt, Wine Advocate

Daniel Bouland Morgon Bellevue Cailloux 2019, 0.75L
Gamay from Morgon, Beaujolais
"Derived from older vines in rockier soils, the 2019 Morgon Bellevue Cailloux is even more sensuous and textural than its Sable counterpart. Mingling notions of raspberries and plums with hints of rose petals and spices, it's medium to full-bodied, velvety and enveloping, its powdery tannins almost entirely cloaked in succulent, perfumed fruit." 94 Points William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

Daniel Bouland Morgon Corcelette Cailloux Vieilles Vignes 2019, 0.75L
Gamay from Morgon, Beaujolais
"The 2019 Morgon Corcelette Vieilles Vignes Cailloux is once again quite structured this year, though it's not as brooding and muscular as its 2018 counterpart. Revealing aromas of raspberries, cherries, burning embers and sweet soil tones, it's medium to full-bodied, with a deep core of fruit, lively acids and a chassis of fine but abundant tannins." 94 Points William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

Pierre-Marie Chermette Domaine du Vissoux Beaujolais Les Griottes Rosé 2020, 0.75L
Gamay from Beaujolais, Beaujolais
"Bright and energetic on the nose, displaying ripe tangerine and strawberry flavors and suggestions of candied rose and succulent herbs. Fleshy and dry on the palate, offering sappy red fruit and melon flavors and a refreshingly bitter suggestion of orange peel on the back half. Finishes long, smooth, and broad. This is a rosé that is made for lighter summer fare (salads, charcuterie, etc.), but that can stand up to lighter meat preparations." Importer Notes, Weygandt Wines

Pierre-Marie Chermette Le Vissoux Coeur de Vendanges 2018, 0.75L
Gamay from Beaujolais, Beaujolais
"As I've written before, this bottling represents one of the great values in French wine, and the 2018 Beaujolais-Villages Coeur de Vendanges will not disappoint long-time fans of the cuvée. Wafting from the glass with a rich bouquet of dark berry fruit, rose petals and licorice, it's full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, its powdery tannins concealed in a lavish core of succulent, lively fruit. A wine to purchase by the case, expect it to offer irresistible drinking for the better part of a decade." — 92 Points, William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

Domaine Testut Chablis Les Vaillons 2019, 0.75L
Chardonnay from Chablis, Burgundy
"The 2019 Chablis “Vaillons” from Cyril Testut is a lovely example of this fine vintage, offering up a ripe, minerally-infused and very precise bouquet of pear, tart orange, wet stone minerality, incipient notes of paraffin, straw, a hint of anise and a topnote of citrus peel. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and complex, with a rock solid core of fruit, excellent mineral drive and grip, a fine girdle of acidity and a long, youthful and beautifully balanced finish. This is lovely, but deserves at least a couple of years in the cellar to unlock its secondary layers of complexity. Fine juice." 92 Points John Gilman, View from the Cellar

Henri Jouan Morey-Saint-Denis Clos Sorbè 2018, 0.75L

“Bursting from the glass with aromas of blackberries, smoked meats, licorice and cassis, the 2018 Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru Clos Sorbé is medium to full-bodied, rich and nicely concentrated, built around powdery tannins and concluding with a long, sapid finish. . .” 90-92 William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

Domaine Désiré Petit Cremant du Jura Rosé Brut NV, 0.75L
Pinot Noir from Arbois, Jura
“The Crémant de Jura Rosé Brut from Désiré-Petit is made from a cépages of pinot noir. The wine is a lovely salmon color and offers up a lovely nose of strawberries, rhubarb, chalky minerality, rye bread and a smoky topnote. On the palate the wine is vibrant, full-bodied and youthful, with snappy acids, a good core, frothy mousse and a long, nascently complex and gently vinous finish. This is my favorite of the three sparklers from Désiré-Petit, as it has a bit more complexity and its vinous personality works nicely at the table.” John Gilman, View from the Cellar

Domaine Gerard & Pierre Morin Sancerre Chêne Marchand 2019, 0.75L
Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, Loire
"The 201"The Chêne Marchand is from the eponymous lieu-dit in Bué and opens with a deep bouquet of citrus fruit, elderflower, jasmine and a hint of black currant. Full-bodied, very mineral and complex on the palate, this is a pure and lovely, yet densely woven and concentrated Sancerre; it has nutty flavors, a lot of salt and crushed (lime-) stones, as well as a very tight and persistent, refreshing finish." Serge Dagueneau Pouilly Fumé Les Pentes 2019, 0.75L
Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly Fumé, Loire
"The 2019 Pouilly-Fumé 'les Pentes' from the Dagueneau family is a lovely example of the vintage, offering ripe, pure fruit, good mineral undertow and lovely length on the palate. The bouquet delivers scents of sweet grapefruit, fresh lime, newly-mown grass, flinty minerality and a gently floral topnote. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a lovely core, sound acids and fine balance on the long, succulent and zesty finish. This does not have quite the cut one would expect in a racier vintage and hence, will probably age fairly briskly, but it will deliver tons of pleasure over the coming half dozen years. 2021-2027." 91 Points, John Gilman, View From The Cellar

Domaine La Bastide Blanche Bandol Rosé 2021, 0.75L
Mourvèdre / Grenache / Cinsault / Clairette from Bandol, Provence
"Light, bright orange. Vibrant pomegranate, blood orange and pit fruit qualities on the highly perfumed nose, along with building mineral and floral accents. Taut and focused in the mouth, nicely concentrated red berry, orange zest and lavender flavors are supported by an undercurrent of chalky minerality. Finishes floral and long, with repeating mineral and citrus fruit notes." 92 Josh Raynolds, Vinous

Pale orange. Expressive, spice-tinged red berry, blood orange and pit aromas are accompanied by building mineral and floral nuances. Tout and energetic on the palate, offering intense strawberry, orange zest and lavender flavors that are braced by a spine of chalky minerality. Finishes very long and precise, with repeating red fruit and floral notes and firm, minerally tension. 91 Points, Josh Raynolds, Vinous

Domaine Saint-Damien Gigondas Vieilles Vignes 2019, 0.75L
Grenache / Mourvèdre from Gigondas, Rhône
"Moving to the three Gigondas I was able to taste, the 2019 Gigondas Vieilles Vignes comes from a mix of terroirs on the lower plain, around the estate, and is mostly Grenache brought up in larger, very old foudre and concrete tanks. Deep purple/ruby hued, with a beautiful perfume of black raspberries, candied flowers, and sweet garrigue, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, a silky texture, great tannins, and plenty of length on the finish. This is a more finesse-driven, silky, elegant wine than past vintages and it's going to drink nicely for over a decade." - 91-93 points, Jeb Dunnuck, JebDunnuck.com
