"Showing beautifully, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Meleagris Gallopavo Vineyard comes from a site on Spring Mountain and older vines, brought up all in French oak. This majestic, full-bodied, powerful Cabernet flirts with perfection and reveals a saturated purple hue as well as fabulous notes of crème de cassis, blueberries, chocolate, green tobacco, graphite, and crushed rocks. With flawless balance and ultra-fine tannins, it has a rare mix of sexy, ripe fruit and an almost Old World sense of structure and purity. It’s going to evolve for 30 years or more."
