"There are 125 cases of the 2007 Pinot Noir Sine Cera Fiddlestix Vineyard, produced from Burgundy Dijon clones 113 and 667. Aged 60% in new French oak, this unfiltered wine displays spicy, earth, almost primordial, meaty beef bouillon notes followed by hints of sassafras, pomegranate, and black cherries. The muscular, dense wine is broad in substance and texture but needs . . . bottle age . . . . it is “packed and stacked,” so to speak, and should age beautifully for a decade or more. "
