93 AM. "Tête du Clos is a sub-climat of Morgeot and this was aged in one-third new wood. This is quite ripe yet still very fresh with a pretty and highly nuanced blend of white orchard fruit, citrus, resin and floral hints. There is superb richness to the full-bodied, intense and quite serious flavors that brim with dry extract that confers an almost chewy texture onto the wonderfully complex, concentrated and palate coating finish. This is a terrific 1er and well worth a look." Burghound.com, Feb 01, 2011 |
