Lot #210. Emmanuel Rouget Vosne-Romanée Cros Parantoux 2005

Description: Consists of 1 Bottle, 0.75L
Score: 95-96 NM.
"I thought this was an exceptional wine and certainly much better than the Echezeaux. A noticeably deeper hue than the Grand Cru, a stunning, intense nose of blueberry, cherry, violets and vanilla pod. The palate is very powerful and focused with cherry, cassis and minerals. Stunning definition, vibrant, seductive wine with immense length and persistency. I have a feeling this is keeping something back for later." Neal Martin, Wine Journal, Jan 2007
Provenance: The Besançon Cellar
Notes: Very lightly scuffed capsule, lightly marked label.
