93 JG. "There is very little quantity of the 2016 Meursault “Charmes” from Domaine Roulot (less than three barrels), but the wine is going to be lovely and well worth a special search of the marketplace to find a few bottles. The bouquet wafts from the glass in a classic blend of apple, pear, hazelnut, iodine, chalky minerality and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full, long and structured, with an excellent core, fine focus and grip and a very long, properly reserved and racy finish. A lovely bottle in the making."
