"Deep ruby-red. Slightly sauvage aromas of blackcurrant, leather and wild herbs. Lush and fat but with solid underlying structure; a firm edge of acidity gives this cabernet very good grip. This has a lovely core of fruit, complicated by notes of chocolate and medicinal herbs, with plenty of material and flavor to buffer its substantial tannins."
