"The 2012 Cuvée Blanc has an almost identical blend of 95% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. Showing hints of fig, tangerine oil, lemon zest and again caramelized grapefruit and other assorted citrus, this is a beautifully aromatic wine with medium to full-bodied flavors. It is dry, lusty, and probably an ideal accompaniment to intensely flavored fish and poultry dishes, given its intensity. Drink it over the next 4-6 years."
