“The 2015 Pluribus comes from the highest elevation vineyard in the lineup and is located halfway up Spring Mountain, on a southeast facing parcel of Volcanic and Aiken soils. It has plenty of classy oak as well as killer notes of cassis, lead pencil shavings, tobacco leaf and violets, and could easily be mistaken for a First Growth from Pauillac based on the aromatics. Deep, full-bodied, layered, and undeniably Californian on the palate, it’s going to knock your socks off on release and keep for 25+ years.”
