"Next of Kyn just gets better and better with each passing vintage, almost as if the age of the vines and the wine's overall development play a greater role at this stage than the character of the vintage. A stunning, riveting wine, the 2015 pulses across the palate with layers of black cherry, blackberry jam, leather, spice, menthol and grilled herbs. Even with all of its vintage 2015 intensity, Next of Kyn retains terrific freshness. The 2015 naturally needs time to fully come together, but it is a stunner in every way. I came back to it several times during this tasting and was never anything less than completely blown away. In 2015, the blend is done with 42% whole clusters."
