" A superb offering and probably the best vintage of this cuvee I have tasted, the 2010 Roger Sabon Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Olivets (70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and 15% Cinsault aged for 18 months in larger oak tanks) has knockout aromatics of sweet blackberry and spiced-cherry styled fruits intermixed with notions of licorice, herbs meat, and loamy earth. It is medium-bodied, beautifully fruited, and textured, with excellent structure as well as notable acidity and freshness."
