"Medium yellow color. Very lively mousse. Dramatic, expressive nose is refined and very attractive, with notes of peach, caramel, yeastiness, with a hint of sherry. On the palate . . . slightly sweet with a candied apple quality. It’s crisp, lush, creamy, round, and balanced. We like it a lot and suspect that there was a higher percentage of Chardonnay in the blend. The acidity here is exemplary. A long finish evolves into sweet peachiness. Yummy!"
