"The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon McLintock comes all from the Keenan Vineyard and is 100% Clone 7 Cabernet Sauvignon raised in 65-70% new barrels. A solid step up, it has lots of pure cassis and currant fruits as well as textbook notes of tobacco leaf, lead pencil shavings, and spring flowers. Reminding me of a top Saint-Julien with its pure, balanced, medium to full-bodied style, it will evolve for 15-20 years if stored properly."
