"Mme. Bize calls this the best Gouttes d'Or she has ever made. Honey and spice characterize the nose of this chewy, mouth coating, enormously deep, muscular and broad shouldered flavors with a stunningly concentrated, rich and long back end. Still quite tight and indeed closed and could easily rival a great BĂątard in sheer size, depth, power and length though the flavor profile is different. A genuinely great effort."
