"From 3 different plots measuring 0.48 ha in Chassagne with vines planted in '52, '77 and '86. An interesting nose of browned butter and fresh, pretty and relatively elegant white flower aromas marry into rich, full and powerful flavors that remain strikingly refined and balanced on the wonderfully long finish. This is slightly more austere than the Criots but otherwise, the two are qualitatively equal if offering different personalities and character."
