"There is an interesting hint of quinine water to the otherwise yeasty and notably citrus-infused nose. The delicious, round and noticeably refined flavors carry the same yeasty character as telegraphed by the nose, all wrapped in a solidly complex and persistent finish. This is really quite good and while some may find the quinine component a bit far afield, overall I was impressed."
