"From a relatively obscure 1.3 ha vineyard that is rarely listed on most maps of the commune and is situated directly behind the Domaine, sandwiched between La Colombière and Bossières; Bizot owns 0.7 ha. This is perhaps even spicier with a broad range of clove, anise, soy and hoisin nuances on the elegant and ripe red and blue pinot fruit aromas that merge into energetic, fresh and detailed medium-bodied flavors that exude a firm minerality on the linear and precise finish. Jachées always seems to give linear wines and the '07 is no exception."
