"The 2010 Cros Parantoux is simply stunning. The brilliantly complex nose offers up an enchanted mélange of red and black cherries, coffee, duck, very complex soil tones, raw cocoa, woodsmoke and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and very elegant, with a sappy core of fruit, very refined structural elements, a reserved personality, suave tannins and magical length and grip on the seamless and utterly transcendental finish. Glorious wine."
