"Tasted blind at Fine & Rare Wine’s Clos de Vougeot horizontal. Méo's Clos de Vougeot has a very fragrant bouquet with raspberry, strawberry, rose petals and crushed stones, all with very fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine thread of acidity, great tension with vibrant red-berried fruits, leading to a harmonious, very focused finish surfeit with freshness and mineralité. Great breeding here - a sophisticated Clos de Vougeot. Tasted July 2010."
