âI have cellared several cases of Camille SavĂšs Brut RosĂ© over the years and have been extremely happy with the results, and the new release looks to be every bit as excellent as the bottles I have in my cellar. The nose on the current offering is flat out outstanding, as it jumps from the glass in a blaze of blood orange, fraises du bois, chalky minerality, warm biscuits and a topnote of orange peel. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, crisp and laser-like in its focus, with a tightly-knit personality, a great core of fruit, very refined mousse, and superb length and grip on the perfectly balanced finish. This wine has stunning potential, but I would like to see it after it has had a year or two in the cellar to allow its secondary layers of complexity to emerge.â

The northerly region that gives its name to the world's most celebrated sparkling wine, made by secondary fermentation in bottle from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Chalky soils and a cool climate yield wines of finesse and longevity.
The sole appellation for true Champagne, producing sparkling wines of finesse and complexity by traditional method from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The world's most versatile white grape, producing everything from steely Chablis to rich, oaked whites. Its neutrality makes it a mirror of terroir and winemaking, and the foundation of white Burgundy and Champagne.
A thin-skinned, terroir-sensitive red producing perfumed, silky and elegant wines of red-berry fruit and earthy complexity. It reaches its apogee in Burgundy.
