âThe NV Brut SĂ©lection is a blend from Mareuil-sur-Ay, Avenay-Val-dâOr and Bisseuil. Aromatic and vibrant, the Brut SĂ©lection impresses with its balance and sensuality. Lemon confit, white flow apricot, mint, chamomile and plum meld together in an understated, classy Champagne ready to go now. I loved it. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. Disgorged: November 24, 2022.â
