"The 2012 Chablis Grand Cru Preuses comes from marl soils and is vinified in stainless steel before being raised in wooden barrels for 10 to 12 months. It has a very Burgundian, harmonious bouquet with sleek lemon peel, complemented by almond and vanilla. The palate is clean and fresh with good acidity, fine tension and weight with a composed and harmonious, rather seductive finish."
