"Good medium red. Smoky redcurrant, meat, flowers and tobacco on the nose, along with a saline element. Smoky, broad and rather wild, with superripe suggestions and a whiff of dried flowers to the plum, leather and saline flavors. A very lush wine with a high-pH mouth feel. Finishes quite rich but without a lot of treble fruit tones. This should offer considerable early appeal."
