"Began with an amber edge but with aeration the color seemed to grow brighter and deeper. Enticing aromas of roasted strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, bitter chocolate and mocha. Lush and smoky in the mouth; expressive flavors of raspberry and flint show lovely sweetness. Very strong in extract, and sophisticated in texture. Finishes with lush tannins and compelling, very persistent red fruit flavors."
