"Pressed from grapes dried in the sun for two to three weeks, this is about as juicy as a Moscatel de Jerez can be. And yet itâs not too sweet, the mineral acidity and force of its freshness containing all the sweetness with grace. Served chilled, it could accompany a dessert of candied fruits."

Spain has the largest area under vine of any country and a deep tradition of oak-aged reds. Tempranillo-based wines from Rioja and Ribera del Duero, alongside Priorat's Garnacha and Carinena, anchor its fine-wine reputation.
