"50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier; roughly 9 g/l dosage . . . . Vivid orange-pink. High-toned aromas of fresh red berries, smoky minerals and orange peel, with a hint of buttered toast emerging with air. Spicy raspberry and strawberry flavors are supported by a firm spine of acidity and a refreshingly bitter orange pith nuance. At once silky and bright on the long, penetrating finish, which leaves a sexy rose pastille nuance behind."

A thin-skinned, terroir-sensitive red producing perfumed, silky and elegant wines of red-berry fruit and earthy complexity. It reaches its apogee in Burgundy.
