"Full ruby-red. Slightly gamey, sweet aromas of cassis, leather, minerals and bitter chocolate; shows a faintly candied quality. Full, silky and a bit roasted; offers classic 1982 breadth, opulence and sweetness but could use a bit more delineation and elegance. Still, an impressive showing."
