"Smooth, supple and polished, with spicy black cherry, tea, herb, tar and cedary notes, this has held up well and shows no signs of deteriorating. Still, it's a lighter style of Cabernet, consistent with Alexander Valley. [1978 California Cabernet retrospective.]"
