"Good deep red. Medicinal dark cherry, mint and licorice on the nose. A dense, nicely concentrated midweight, with red and darker fruit flavors lifted by orange zest and mint. Finishes with fine tannins, a stony firmness and a sappy cherry flavor. Nothing overripe about this village wine."
