"AP: #08. This show-stopping Spätlesen (the better of two regular Spätlese produced by this Estate in 2003) is a huge success in the vintage. The wine transcends the vintage to offer superb notes of candied citrus, pineapple, green herbs and mango with a light whipped cream touch. A superb feeling of juicy acidity adds freshness to a delicate, multi-layered and complex palate. And the finish is mouth-watering and long. Despite being from 2003, this delicious and mouth-watering Spätlese remains above all very Zilliken in style. Bravo!"
