"Bright, green-tinged gold with a delicate bead. Finely etched aromas of lime, lemongrass, chalky minerals and honeysuckle are impressively energetic. Firm, focused and dry, offering mineral-driven citrus and green apple flavors complicated by white pepper and quinine nuances. The finish is racy and strikingly pure, with strong mineral and citrus flavors that cling with excellent persistence."
