"I do not know about you, but I seem to drink a lot more Sauternes around the holiday time. Fleshy, full bodied, concentrated with a low acidity profile, the wine serves up a healthy dose of honeyed apricots, overripe tropical fruit, vanilla bean, custard and floral notes . . . . a delicious sweet treat.
