"The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous wine for the year. Racy, rich and nuanced, the 2011 offers excellent immediacy and plenty of up-front fruit. Given its mid-weight personality, the 2011 will drink well right out of the gate. Sweet floral notes, red berries and mint linger on the perfumed finish. Today the 2011 impresses for its persistence and overall sense of harmony. The 2011 is 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot and 8% Merlot, fairly typical in a year in which Cabernet is lower than normal in blends."
